A seleção da MTV é passável, mas ignorou clipes antológicos, como Road to Nowhere (Talking Heads), preferindo Burning down the house. Houve outras escolhas duvidosas, como os clipes do R.E.M. (Stand, mas poderia ser Fall on me) e Devo (Disco Dancer, mas poderia ser Satisfaction), mas pelo menos não esqueceram Replacements, Ultravox e Pixies. Menção honrosa a Waterboys, com The whole of the moon.
